Refund & Cancellation Policy

The intro call is free, so there’s nothing to refund. To cancel or move it, use the link in your booking confirmation email, or write to hello@thephilosophycoach.com.

You only pay for a package after your free intro call, once you've had the chance to decide whether this is right for you. Because of that, packages are non-refundable.

Need to move a session? Let us know at least 12 hours before it starts and we’ll find another time.

A session cancelled with less notice, or missed, counts as used. The one exception is a genuine emergency, allowed once per client.

If Akshat has to cancel a session, we’ll find another time that suits you.

Packages are meant to be used within 6 weeks of payment. If you need more time, each client can extend a package once.

Payments for sessions are taken by Noosphere Consultancy (OPC) Private Limited.
